Madoff in Cell
Bernie Madoff is now in a small, dark, smelly holding cell in the Manhattan Correctional Center. It's so small and dirty that if it were a studio apartment across the street, it wouldn't sell for a penny over $1.7 million.


The Manhattan Correctional Center is a male-only facility that's dirty, smelly, and filled with desperate individuals... kind of like the Yeshiva University cafeteria.


Madoff was officially booked at about 1:30 this afternoon, so he can't expect to have his first date until 10pm at the earliest.
