I think it's safe to say that David Carradine has finally pushed Mama Cass off the top of the list for most embarrassing celebrity cause of death ever. Autoerotic asphyxiation trumps choking on a ham sandwich any day.

But don't feel bad Mama Cass fans; she held the title for an amazing 35 years!

And let this be a lesson to all of us: if you happen to be in to that kind of kinky stuff, be sure you always have a suicide note on you so your family will be spared the embarrassment.
