Jobless Surge
The U.S. economy lost 533,000 jobs in November. That's 433,000 layoffs and 100,000 Walmart employees who got trampled to death.



Bailout Begging... Day 2
The Big 3 Detroit CEO's are set to ask for a bailout again today, this time in front of a House committee. They actually don't need to ask again, it's just that they need another day to find some place to recharge their electric cars.



De-Icer Shortage
A severe shortage of airplane de-icer chemicals could ground thousands of flights this winter. The company that makes the de-icer says it wanted to deliver the supplies to the airlines, but couldn't afford to because of the extra charges for carry-on bags.



Special Anniversary
Today marks the 75th anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition. And thanks to Wall Street, today we have the best reason to get drunk in 75 years.
